1. Therapy & Program Fees

• Fees paid for therapy sessions or programs are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.

2. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• Advance notice is required for session cancellations.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

3. Program Discontinuation

If a program or service is discontinued by Jewel Autism Center, any eligible unused portion of fees may be refunded or adjusted.

4. Payment Errors

Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
